You may need to have medical tests or complete questionnaires / psychometrics for the service you are seeking from one of our Partners. This information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis.

We may receive information about you from third parties we work closely with. This may include other medical practitioners (for instance if you agree to your medical records being sent to us) search information providers, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services and other business partners.

To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us relating to psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychologist appointments.

To provide you with the information and services that you have requested from us.

That we stop holding your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Where we store your data

The data we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area. It may be processed by staff operating outside of this area who work for us or one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, amongst other things, the processing of your payment details.
