Fees and payment options

Every enquiry we receive is handled by an assistant psychologist who will take the time to listen before offering an unbiased and informed recommendation. This ensures that every person sees the right specialist for their unique situation. If we don't think we can help you, we'll always try to find someone who can.

Online payments

If you're paying for your own test, consultation or treatment, you'll need to pay before your appointment. If you're a UK-based patient paying with a credit or debit card, we make it simple to submit your payment securely online.

Private medical insurance

Our services are covered by most health insurers. If you have private medical insurance, we advise you to confirm with your insurer that your treatment is covered and get authorisation before making an appointment.

Corporate-sponsored patients

If we have agreed for your company to cover the cost of your healthcare, you'll need to provide a letter of guarantee authorising payment for your tests or treatment.

Government-sponsored patients

If you're being sponsored by an international embassy, you'll need to ensure we are provided with a letter of guarantee before your appointment to cover your treatment.

About our ADHD assessment

Our ADHD assessments allow our clinicians time to make a clinical diagnosis and to give you full feedback and recommendations on the next steps, which might include coaching, lifestyle suggestions, options for therapy, and whether medication could be an appropriate option.

Please note that trialling medication and getting the right dosage level (titration) typically involves between two and four appointments, plus the cost of medication. Please allow for these potential costs in addition to the assessment cost.

Our assessments are all conducted by consultant psychiatrists and use the same trusted diagnostic methods used by the NHS. However, please check with your GP in advance to check if there are any local restrictions or waiting lists before you can go back to the NHS to obtain a regular prescription.

Payments

Payment must be made at the time of booking the appointment. If we don't receive your payment within 48 hours of the appointment being booked, we will need to cancel it.

You can pay by debit or credit card by calling 0203 489 8099 or using the link in your confirmation email. Or through Our safe secure website.

Prescriptions and medication

Your clinician may recommend further appointments, with follow-up psychiatry appointments costing £310 for 50 minutes and £225 for 30 minutes. Depending on your circumstances, we might recommend follow-up appointments with a nurse prescriber priced at £225 for 50 minutes and £165 for 30 minutes.

If we recommend medication, all admin fees will be included in the cost of your follow-up appointment, but the cost of the medication will not be included.

*If repeat prescriptions are provided without a follow-up appointment, a £75 fee will be charged to cover the administration of the prescription, as well as tracked postage to the pharmacy. Again, this excludes the cost of the medication.

Cancellation Policy

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know if you want to cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 but more than 24 hours' notice are usually charged at half price.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before, or non-attended appointments without prior notice, are charged at the full price.
